General Delivery: We will do our very best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. If you are able to place your order before midday, we will do our upmost to dispatch to you that day or at the very latest the following morning, providing the items are in stock. We do however, reserve the right to send your order out up to 3 days after our receipt of your order. Orders received at weekends or on bank holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
UK Delivery: Our set, low UK postage and packaging price is £4.00. This is for 1st Class delivery with proof of postage. We are happy to deliver to you with guaranteed next day delivery, for this the price is £7.50. However, first class postage is with our compliments on all orders over £80.00.
European and International Delivery: We are very happy to send to you, wherever you are in the world! Let us know what you wish to order (as the price is dependent on weight) and the address the belt is to be sent to, then please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +44(0)7446 159465 and we will be able to confirm the delivery cost.
Stock Availability: We do try to keep our stock levels high but there may be times when we are sold out and waiting for the stock to be made or to arrive. Please bare with us – we will advise you the anticipated delivery date by email. Obviously if you are unable to wait, then we understand and if you have already paid, we will issue you with a full refund.
Gift Wrapping & Personal Message: All our belts and buckles are neatly packaged in an organza gift bag, together with a H&W postcard for you to give your own personal message.
Returns: We really want you and yours to LOVE your Hip & Waisted belt. If for any reason you are not happy please let us know so that we can rectify the situation. Otherwise, if you simply just don’t want it, then please return the item unworn, in its original packaging within 21 days of delivery and we will give you a full refund for the item(s). We do not cover the postage cost for returns so please ensure that you obtain a proof of posting certificate from your Post Office when you send it back to us.
